Rachel Chia is a capital markets leader, regulatory strategist, and RWA tokenisation pioneer with over 25 years of experience across law, structured finance, and digital asset infrastructure. As Co-Founder and CEO of Slay Capital, she advises sovereigns, exchanges, family offices and institutional investors on RWA tokenisation product strategy and platform frameworks, digital asset regulation, and Web3-integrated product ecosystems.

Previously, as Chief Executive Officer of SDAX, Singapore’s regulated digital securities exchange, Rachel led the firm’s business direction, regulatory strategy, institutional deal flow, and a USD 50 million Series B2 capital raise. Under her leadership, SDAX executed over USD 2 billion in private credit tokenisation and listed the world’s first MAS-regulated tokenised gold-backed security, alongside transactions spanning real estate and alternative funds.

An alumna of the London School of Economics and the University of Chicago Law School, Rachel began her career as a equity derivatives lawyer at Clifford Chance and Latham & Watkins, before leading structured corporate equity derivatives and financing at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London and Hong Kong. A recognised voice on the future of finance, she continues to shape global dialogue on RWA tokenisation and the convergence of traditional and digital markets.
