Judicial Training

Judicial training for jurists will be provided through customized programs upon request through a series of conferences. The goal of these judicial trainings is to educate national judges in international finance and to make them better qualified to hear disputes regarding the financial issues. These series of conferences will draw upon experts, publications and a library of international precedents. A working group on the development of the curriculum for the judicial training, comprising highly qualified judges experienced in complex commercial litigation and chaired by P.R.I.M.E. Finance Expert the Hon. Ben F. Tennille (Ret.),  has recently been composed.
